Dear Propsearchs and Team,

I am the legal owner of the property, hereby grant consent to Propsearchs to act as my authorized representative in the process of selling the aforementioned property. This consent is valid for the purpose of marketing, advertising, negotiating, and finalizing the sale of the property.

By providing this consent, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Exclusive Representation: I grant [Propsearchs] the exclusive right to represent me as the seller in all matters related to the sale of the property. This includes but is not limited to advertising, property showings, negotiations, and the drafting of necessary legal documents.

Marketing and Advertising: I authorize [Propsearchs] to market and advertise the property through various channels such as online listings, print media, social media platforms, and any other effective means. I understand that [Propsearchs] may use appropriate photographs, descriptions, and details of the property for promotional purposes.

Pricing and Negotiations: I trust [Propsearchs] to conduct an appropriate market analysis and suggest a suitable listing price for the property. I understand that [Propsearchs] will negotiate as per my committed price on my behalf with potential buyers to achieve the best possible sale price and terms.

Legal Documentation: I authorize [Propsearchs] to prepare, review, and execute all necessary legal documents and agreements pertaining to the sale of the property. This includes but is not limited to purchase agreements, disclosure forms, and any other documents required to complete the transaction.

Fees and Commissions: I understand that [Propsearchs] will be entitled to receive a commission as per our agreed-upon terms, which will be deducted from the proceeds of the sale. The specific details of the commission structure will be outlined in a separate agreement.

Duration of Consent: This consent is effective from the date of signing and remains valid until the sale of the property is completed, or until either party terminates the agreement in writing.

Revocation of Consent: I reserve the right to revoke this consent at any time by providing written notice to [Propsearchs]. In the event of revocation, I understand that any expenses incurred by [Propsearchs] up to the date of revocation will not be reimbursed by me.
